解决方法

于 C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_151\lib\security 中，注释掉（在行首加入#）：

# jdk.jar.disabledAlgorithms=MD2, MD5, RSA keySize < 1024, DSA keySize < 1024
